Returns Policy
ORCAPEIRON 14-Day Returns Policy
At Orcapeiron, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar.
2. Items returned may be exchanged for similar or different products, provided the total value is equal to the original purchase amount.
3. Items marked as “Non-Returnable”, 'Final Sale or 'Clearance cannot be exchanged under any circumstances except for gift cards.
4. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our physical Store and vice-versa.
5. Purchases made in our physical Store can only be returned in-person for exchange within 14 days with the receipt as proof of purchase.
6. For faulty items, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the issue. Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a fault within 3 months of purchase. Issues reported after this period will be considered general wear and tear.
7. For faulty items, you are entitled to a replacement of the same / similar item or a refund.
8. Original shipping costs is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any returns and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty.
9. This return policy is subject to change without notice. Your use of our services and purchases from our store signify your agreement to this policy.
10. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
